VIVO-X8 is an EclerPLEX Host matrix with 8 analogue audio input ports and 8 analogue audio output ports, scalable thanks to two X-link ports. Each X-link port allows the connection of one BIO Series expansion unit. VIVO-X8, performing as a Host unit in an EclerPLEX deployment, can contain multiple projects running simultaneously and serve user control panels to end users.

The hardware is designed to support all the features described in this document. Some are available from version 1.0, while others will be enabled progressively through future software updates.
