Redundancy panel is used to connect two different battery backups or power supplies and create redundancy in the plant/system (total of 3 inputs). The battery backups/power supplies are connected to the redundancy panel and the load is then taken from the redundancy panel.
Alarm via changeover relay and LED on the front of the unit for; Mains failure, Load fuse failure, Input voltage from any battery backup missing.

Used together with our 19″ power supplies in healthcare facilities such as hospitals where there is often a diesel generator and UPS for backup power. However, the voltage converter from 230 V to 24V DC is missing. 24 V DC is needed to power the access control system and other security applications in the building.

The redundancy panel has three fused outputs.
